Central bank rate changes on 20 Dec 2021

On 20 Dec 2021, 2 central banks we track changed their policy rate: the Bank of Russia raised its Key rate by 100 bp to 8.50 % and the People's Bank of China cut its 1-year loan prime rate by 5 bp to 3.80 %.
